Texas Woman's University – College of Business Assistant Professor (tenure‑track) in Health Care Administration (MBA). Start fall 2026 at Denton campus, with occasional teaching at Dallas or Houston.

Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Health Care Administration, including face‑to‑face, hybrid, and online formats, primarily for the MBA program in Health Care Administration.

May also teach in the Masters in Health Care Administration (MHA) program and the HCA‑BBA program as required.

Develop and deliver course materials, assignments, and assessments.

Mentor a diverse group of students and contribute to fostering campus diversity.

Participate in curriculum development and departmental service.

Qualifications

Ph.D. (or ABD nearing completion) in Health Care Administration or a related discipline.

Professional experience in health care administration desired; MBA preferred.

Experience teaching health care finance, economics, accounting, policy, or regulation is especially encouraged.

Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor students in diverse settings.

Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.

Teaching Expectations

Deliver courses in face‑to‑face, hybrid, and online formats.

Support primarily the MBA in Health Care Administration.

Teaching may occur at Dallas and Houston campuses as needed.
