This position sits within the Personal Wealth CFO team, handling all financial management for clients. The team delivers best practices and innovative solutions for financial coordination, planning, risk management and wealth transfer, fully customized to client needs with the goal of freeing their time for other priorities. The role requires being a key financial expert ensuring that accounting, cash flow planning and financial reporting for clients and their investment partnerships and other entities are accurate and meet their needs. Responsibilities

Managing all aspects of client accounting and cash flow management, including regular monthly reporting customized based on client needs. Proactively preparing and maintaining monthly financial statements for client investment vehicles and other legal entities. Preparing cash flow budgets for clients based on tax, personal spending, and investment cash needs to support proactive cash management and informed decisions. Accurately preparing and maintaining cost basis records for all client investments, including annual reconciliation of K-1 reporting. Coordinating the quarterly tax planning prepared by our clients’ CPA firms (providing income information, etc.). Facilitating quarterly tax payments for individuals and entities, including managing e-services accounts for multiple states and jurisdictions. Compiling financial statements and tax files for individuals and their investment entities to support their CPA firm. Coordinating with bookkeepers and bill-pay professionals to ensure tasks are organized for tax purposes. Reviewing tax documentation with clients and coordinating tax payments in partnership with their CPA firms. Experience and technical knowledge required

3-6 years of accounting experience in public accounting or private industry. Accounting degree required. CPA, CMA, Masters in Accounting, or similar designation strongly preferred. Business and individual income tax knowledge and experience required. Knowledge and experience of estate planning, trust income tax and/or gift tax preferred. Investment performance evaluation and reporting experience preferred. Extensive experience with Excel and other Microsoft tools. QuickBooks Online or other accounting software experience. Job duties

This role has a hybrid work location, with work at the Simplify Wealth office in Deephaven, MN and some remote work. Salary

SALARY RANGE:

$90,000 - $110,000/year, depending on experience Benefits

Individual Coverage HRA Plan (ICHRA)

- Available the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. The company provides a contribution of $420/month towards health insurance premiums. If the employee’s monthly premium exceeds $420, they may contribute to the plan on a pre-tax basis. Company 401k Plan

- Eligibility on the 1st of the month following 6 months of employment. The company matches 100% of the first 3% of salary and 50% of the next 2% of salary. A 5% contribution is required to get the full 4% match. Performance Bonus
