duties. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments, while also supporting month-end closing, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who is eager to learn, grow, and gain broad exposure to finance and accounting operations within a family office environment and work with a wide variety of individuals, entities and unique accounting topics. This role will have a voice in a new process and systems implementation for expense management. Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Process vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and compliance with company policies. Manage weekly and monthly payment runs (ACH, wire, check). Maintain organized AP records (digital and physical). Support expense reporting and credit card reconciliations. Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Staff Accountant Assist with month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations. Prepare bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations. Maintain the general ledger and assist with chart of accounts management. Support preparation of financial reports and analysis. Participate in process improvement initiatives (automation, system enhancements, workflow documentation). Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting. Strong Excel and accounting system skills. High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
