Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Special Conditions
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Will require work beyond normal schedule including some evenings, weekends, holidays and travel.

Closing Date: Open Until Screening Begins
Hiring Range: $45,000 per year
Working Conditions: Full-Time; Benefits Eligible

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of Olympic sports
Knowledge of Sound Director or Click Effects audio systems
Ability to run a game from start to finish
Ability to write marketing and advertising plans
Ability to write a public announcement
Ability to multi-task, work with multiple vendors as well as University staff in regards to running the show
Job Duties
Write and implement the creation of marketing plans for assigned sports and assist the Assistant AD of Marketing with Football and Men’s Basketball to ensure game day presentations align with appropriate procedures and directives.
Write game day scripts and related event timelines for multiple sporting events. Regularly attend athletics-related events as required.
Coordinate and manage additional events with select sports in collaboration with campus affiliates, vendors, donation requests, student interns, etc.
Oversee content creation and execution of video board game presentations at multiple athletics venues, including static graphics, motion graphics, and video content and the required technology to operate.
Perform other duties as assigned.
