Own the design and layout of circuit boards, selecting microcontrollers and designing power supply and communication systems. Develop, integrate, and optimize embedded firmware, enabling efficient interaction between hardware and software systems. Design Analog-to-Digital (ADC) circuits with accurate signal processing, noise immunity, and robust filtering techniques. Implement advanced input protection such as TVS diodes, ESD safeguards, and current-limiting solutions for circuit reliability. Prototype and iterate PCB designs using simulation, rapid fabrication, and hands-on testing. Drive continuous innovation in circuit design, architecture, and firmware to enhance performance and reliability. Ensure designs meet manufacturability (DFM), testability (DFT), EMI/EMC compliance, and reliability standards. Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, quality, and manufacturing teams for integrated product solutions. Conduct thorough debugging, root-cause analysis, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables. Research and experiment with emerging components, wireless protocols, and AI-enabled optimization within electronic products. Must-Have Skills
5+ years of professional post-graduate experience as an Electrical Engineer. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Proficiency in Altium, OrCAD, or comparable schematic capture and PCB layout tools. Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, including RS-485, I2C, SPI, and other communication protocols. Demonstrated expertise integrating and optimizing embedded firmware for hardware solutions. Proven experience leveraging AI tools to optimize workflow and efficiency. Track record of success in fast-paced, collaborative development environments with a high degree of ownership. Nice-to-Have Skills
Familiarity with designing for EMI/EMC compliance and signal integrity analysis. Knowledge of rapid prototyping, simulation, and iterative hardware validation techniques. Expertise in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT). Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Curiosity and passion for researching cutting-edge technologies and pushing the boundaries of circuit design. Seniority level
