The Courtyard by Marriott at Cranberry Woods is looking for a part-time Night Auditor to join the team! Position Summary
Responsible for overseeing the financial aspects and daily operations during the overnight shift. Essential Functions
Organize the shift, review and complete remaining reservations, verify that all contingency reports have been run, resolve discrepancies with departments out of balance, verify no-shows and complete a walk report. Reconcile daily financial transactions. Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations and ensure accuracy in billing and accounting records. Respond to guest inquiries and address any issues that arise during the night. Communicate with next shift associates by logging pertinent information through the hotel’s pass-along system. Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times. Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management. Qualifications
Able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Proficiency with reservation and accounting system. Attention to detail. 11pm - 7am shift Location
