Our client is a thriving, woman-owned boutique financial advisory practice that has been serving individuals and families for more than 20 years. The firm is seeking a motivated Associate Financial Advisor (experienced CSA or Wealth Associate) to join its small, dedicated, client-centered team.
The ideal candidate brings a fiduciary mindset, strong client relationship skills, and the drive to advance in a professional financial advisor career. This role offers the opportunity to serve a loyal client base while enjoying flexibility, career growth, and the support of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities of the Associate Financial Advisor
Deliver comprehensive financial advice to individuals, families, and business owners
Manage and grow client relationships with care and integrity
Develop customized financial plans using planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuide)
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience
Over time be able to:
Oversee investment strategies, risk management, tax planning, and estate planning coordination
Participate in client meetings, community events, and firm growth initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses required
3+ years of experience as a CSA or Private Client Wealth Associate, with interest in advancing to full advisor responsibilities (servicing existing accounts and/or building a personal book of business if desired)
Proven ability to build and maintain high-net-worth (HNW) client relationships
CFP® designation preferred, or currently in progress, or strong interest in pursuing certification
Life/Health License, or ability to obtain within a set timeframe of hire
Proficiency with Albridge, Redtail CRM, MoneyGuidePro, eMoney, Wealthscape, or similar platforms is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
