Field Product Advisor – Menomonee Falls Service Center As a Field Product Advisor, you will be an integral member of Rivian's Field Sales organization, building relationships with prospective customers and growing the Rivian community. You will own the customer journey, ensuring each touchpoint is highly personalized, educate and inspire customers through in-person interactions, educational drives, phone, text, and email. This role requires a customer-first approach and a flexible, solution-oriented mindset to thrive in ambiguous environments. To be successful, you should be self-motivated, results-driven, and focused on creating memorable experiences that drive brand loyalty, customer satisfaction, and conversion. Responsibilities

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets and other KPIs, including demo drive volume, pipeline management, conversion support, customer satisfaction, and NPS. Ensure a best-in-class customer experience at the location(s): authentic, engaging, educational, and aligned with Rivian’s core values and culture. Engage, qualify, and support leads across stages of the customer journey to increase satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals. Provide static and dynamic product demonstrations, asking open-ended questions to understand needs and recommend suitable products and services. Maintain and share in-depth knowledge of Rivian products, services, features, benefits, and community stories to guide customer decisions. Build and manage a healthy customer pipeline through high-touch, responsive service. Host and support retail activations and experiential events to generate demand and connect with the Rivian community. Solicit and study customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for continuous improvement. Stay up to date on automotive and EV competitive landscape and trends to address objections and build value in Rivian products. Share success strategies and feedback with teammates to cultivate a culture of learning and winning together built on trust. Resolve customer escalations promptly and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams. Communicate business trends and data to leadership with recommendations for opportunities. Support and motivate fellow team members with clear direction and constructive feedback. Monitor customer sentiment and service quality; coach for exceptional performance. Perform keyholder duties, including opening/closing the location, completing operational checklists, leading team huddles, and writing daily business recaps. Execute day-to-day operational duties and maintain back-of-house, including food & beverage support, shipping/receiving, space upkeep, and event-related displays as necessary. Uphold operational playbooks and best practices to deliver the best experience to the Rivian community and team. Take on additional projects and assignments as required by commercial leadership. Qualifications

Preferred 4+ years experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields; experience with premium brands, direct-to-consumer models, commission-based environments, and/or automotive is a plus. At least 21 years of age. High School Diploma or GED required. Proven track record in a high-velocity customer engagement cycle, from prospecting to closing, in a commission-based environment. Experience succeeding in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with continuous iteration and change. Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule to support customers on nights, weekends, and/or holidays. Willingness to travel as needed to support events and market launches. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; ability to learn new tools quickly. Comfortable operating large, high-performance vehicles and conducting demo drives with customers. Valid driver’s license in the residence state/province; no disqualifying driving incidents in the last 3 years and subject to ongoing MVR monitoring. Ability to obtain and maintain local sales licenses if applicable. Pay and Benefits

Hourly Rate for Wisconsin-based applicants: $16.73-$20.91 plus sales commission (actual compensation determined by experience, location, and applicable law).
