Aiken, South Carolina, United States of America. This on-site role is part of the Contract Quality Management function and involves managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

Overview As a CBRE Contract Support Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to a large Business Unit, Facility, or Account. This position is based on-site in Aiken, South Carolina.

What You’ll Do

Respond to client inquiries and concerns and ensure timely and quality service delivery and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.

Be a financial and operational systems champion. Suggest efforts to put in place cost-saving opportunities to maximize customer and financial savings targets.

Develop relationships with vendors, complete RFPs, obtain and negotiate costs for services and repair work, ensuring quote accuracy and understanding of the scope of work.

Manage vendor performance with on-site meetings, quarterly reviews, audits and job walks as appropriate.

Schedule work, request permits where needed, arrange site access, escort vendors and oversee the work to ensure compliance with QHSE standards.

Understand the scope of the contract and make sure that all work is carried out accordingly.

Assist Regional Contract Support with purchase requisitions/purchase orders, resolving invoice issues, annual budget planning and forecasting.

Coordinate and onboard vendors for reactive and planned works and manage sub-contractor paperwork.

Deliver monthly reporting support on Contract and Business Unit Reviews.

Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent, and recommend new techniques.

Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.

Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.

What You’ll Need

High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.

A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.

Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
