Hilton Anatole Hilton Anatole is looking to welcome a Guest Service Agent to join the team. This AAA 4-Diamond property features over 1,600 luxurious rooms, 600,000 square feet of event space, and seven unique dining options. Our 50+ team members report to the Director of Front Office. Overview
The ideal candidate holds 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service role. Hospitality front office experience is preferred. Ability to work the required shifts. Responsibilities
Greet guests and complete the registration process, including inputting and retrieving information, confirming guest details and room rate, selecting rooms, coding electronic keys, promoting marketing programs, providing a welcome packet, and guiding guests to their room or arranging bell services. Assist guests with check-out, ensuring rooms and services are correctly accounted for, handling payments, processing various forms of payment, and assisting with currency exchange as needed. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information, including room categories, rates, packages, promotions, the local area, and other general product knowledge; answer guest questions and inquiries. Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities and maximize room occupancy. Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. Field guest complaints, conduct research, and resolve and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction. Receive, input, retrieve, and relay messages to guests. What we are looking for
