Hilton Anatole is looking to welcome a Guest Service Agent to join the team. This AAA 4‑Diamond property features over 1,600 rooms, 600,000 square feet of event space, and seven unique dining options. Our 50+ team members report to the Director of Front Office. The ideal candidate holds 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service role. Hospitality front office experience is preferred. Ability to work the required shifts. Shift Pattern:

Full Availability AM/MID/PM Shifts (Weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed). Pay Rate:

$18.25 per hour plus the opportunity to earn incentives. Benefits:

Responsibilities

As a Guest Services Agent, you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel, in the continued effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Greet guests and complete the registration process, including inputting/retrieving information, confirming guest information and room rate, selecting rooms, coding electronic keys, promoting marketing programs, providing a welcome packet, and guiding guests to their room position as needed Assist guests with check-out, ensuring rooms and services are correctly accounted for, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing payments, converting currency, and processing certificates/cards Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information (rooms, rates, packages, promotions, local area) and answer guest questions Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities and maximize occupancy Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner Handle guest complaints, conduct research, and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction Receive, input, retrieve and relay messages to guests What we’re looking for
