Guide homebuyers through the process using the LGI way to deliver results and exceptional customer service. Promote and sell new homes at the Springbrook Reserve community in White House, TN. Engage with clients, assess needs, and build relationships to achieve sales targets. Qualifications
Proven sales track record preferred; comfortable in a commission-based role. Strong communication skills, whether meeting clients face-to-face or on the phone. Weekend work is a required aspect of this position. Compensation & Benefits
Unlimited earning potential with competitive commissions and an aggressive bonus structure. Potential to earn a six-figure income. Paid training, car and phone allowance. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with a 4% match; employee stock purchase plan; and a new home discount. Commission & Bonus
Commission: 2.5% on all closed sales under $500,000; 2.0% on all closed sales over $500,000. Bonus structure: Paid at various levels of closed sales achievement within a calendar year ($5,000 - $150,000 based on units or volume closed). Employment Details
