Job Description Are you a passionate food and beverage professional who is not afraid of thinking outside the box? As a Bar Manager, you will strategically lead the Food & Beverage team to elevate guest satisfaction. Luana Lounge

is an idyllic sunset spot for intimate celebrations and gatherings, featuring island-inspired sushi and cocktails with ocean and resort views. What you will be doing Directly oversee the team at Luana Lounge and participate in the bar program for Binchotan. Interact positively with customers, promote hotel facilities and services, and resolve issues to the satisfaction of involved parties. Maintain communication with all departments to ensure customer services are met. Develop team spirit and motivation by fostering a positive working environment. Maintain par stock levels by calculating inventory, ordering, and retrieving supplies. Assist in developing and implementing cost-saving and profit-enhancing measures. Prepare or check work schedules aligned with activity forecasts. Conduct annual performance appraisals and set targets for the team. Prepare training plans with managers and follow up on progress. Help employees improve skills and support career development. Live and Breathe Accor Brand and Service Standards. Comply with Fairmont rules and regulations for safe and effective operation of hotel facilities. Move throughout bar, lounge, and kitchen areas to monitor and ensure quality and service standards. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment. Adhere to safety, health, security, and loss control policies and government regulations. Follow Food & Beverage policies, procedures, and service standards. Qualifications Your experience and skills include Relevant experience in a similar capacity, with luxury and/or bar experience preferred. Strong interest in liquor, wine, spirits, and beverage industry trends; interest in luxury beverage programs. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and training skills. Ability to focus on department needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times. Good communication and customer contact skills. Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English. Ability to work well under pressure. Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic. Provide necessary state and federal requirements to work in Food & Beverage (Tuberculosis clearance). Additional certifications in Food & Beverage are an advantage.
