Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial (Non-residential) Leasing Agent located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for negotiating and managing leases, overseeing lease administration, providing exceptional customer service, and managing property-related tasks. Daily responsibilities include showing properties, negotiating lease terms, conducting market research, and maintaining strong tenant relations.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Tenant Relations
Market and lease available office and industrial spaces within the company’s portfolio.
Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective tenants.
Negotiate lease terms and prepare leasing documentation in collaboration with legal and management teams.
Serve as the main point of contact for prospective tenants throughout the leasing process.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy across assigned properties.
Maintain up-to-date online listings, marketing materials, and signage.
Create marketing materials
Build and maintain broker relationships to expand leasing opportunities.
Market Analysis
Research market trends, rental rates, and competitive properties in the Twin Cities area.
Provide ownership and management with data-driven insights to guide pricing and leasing strategy.
Administrative & Reporting
Track leasing activity and prepare regular reports on occupancy, inquiries, and leasing pipeline.
Provide lease and commission forecasting for the annual portfolio budgetary process
Provide timely and detailed documentation of leasing changes to Property Management Team
Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and lease obligations.
Maintain website and vendor agreements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in commercial leasing, brokerage, or property management.
Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
CoStar or Similar platforms a plus

– Polished presence with the ability to represent the company effectively to tenants, brokers, and stakeholders.
Benefits and Compensation Compensation (Base + Commissions): $75,000-125,000
