Public Areas Attendant

— Hyatt Regency Miami. The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. This role requires exceptional communication skills and superior guest service abilities. The position is fast-paced with constant guest interaction and involves pushing and pulling a moderate weight. Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of public areas to meet Hyatt standards. Provide friendly, attentive service to guests and colleagues; address questions and requests as they arise. Coordinate with other hotel teams to ensure public spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Respond promptly to hazard or maintenance concerns and report issues as needed. Qualifications

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time Ability to lift and pull up to a moderate weight Must be able to work AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends Benefits
