Principal Attorney . Responsibilities

Grievance Committees investigate and prosecute complaints of professional misconduct against attorneys. Manage a significant caseload, conduct complex investigations, perform legal research, conduct examinations under oath, litigate cases before Special Referees, and handle appeals. Draft confidential memoranda, petitions, motions, and legal briefs. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally. Qualifications

Principal Attorney:

Admission to the New York State Bar and two years of service in the Associate Attorney title; or equivalent legal experience. Associate Attorney:

Admission to the New York State Bar and two years of service in the Senior Attorney title; or equivalent legal experience.

Base Salary:

$110,853 + $4,920 Location Pay Senior Attorney:

Admission to the New York State Bar and two years of service in the Attorney title; or equivalent legal experience.

Base Salary:

$99,490 + $4,920 Location Pay Attorney:

Admission to the New York State Bar.

Base Salary:

$84,659 + $4,920 Location Pay Additional details
