Junior Interior Designer
- Hospitality Projects | Las Vegas, NV Relocation package is available. Are you passionate about shaping immersive, unforgettable spaces? Our award-winning luxury hospitality design firm is seeking a Junior Interior Designer to join their dynamic team of creatives redefining the guest experience in world-class hotels, resorts, and entertainment destinations. As a Junior Interior Designer, you’ll collaborate with senior designers and project leaders to bring bold concepts to life—from initial vision through execution. You’ll contribute to high-profile hospitality and entertainment projects, gaining hands-on exposure to the design process while learning from some of the industry’s most talented minds. What You’ll Do
Support design teams in developing concepts, presentations, drawings, and specifications. Contribute to the creative process, ensuring every detail reflects luxury, innovation, and storytelling. Assist with project coordination and documentation to keep complex hospitality projects on track. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members to achieve seamless design delivery. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, or Project Management from an accredited institution (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in design and/or project management, with proven contributions to hospitality or entertainment-related projects. Strong collaboration skills and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment. Proficiency with industry-standard design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and a keen eye for detail. Design-sensitive, with finely tuned aesthetic sensibilities and a broad design vocabulary to support high-profile clients and high-end projects with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to communicate visually through drawing, illustration, and descriptive writing. Industry knowledge and awareness of design processes and procedures supporting world-class leaders in design and innovation. Compensation and Benefits
