Junior Interior Designer
| Houston, TX | In-Office | Full-Time Are you passionate about interiors and eager to grow your career? As a Junior Interior Designer, you’ll work alongside experienced Senior Designers, gaining hands-on exposure from the first concept sketch to the final installation. This role is perfect for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and excited to refine their design voice while contributing to a collaborative, respectful team environment. Why Join? The role: Partner with the design team to develop creative concepts and presentations Source materials, finishes, and furnishings that bring spaces to life Produce detailed drawings, renderings, elevations, and project documentation (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) Support with site visits and installations, ensuring every detail meets the highest standard Stay current with emerging design trends, innovative products, and industry advancements Qualifications 1–3 years of professional interior design experience Strong design sensibility with an eye for color, materials, proportion, and craftsmanship Comfort with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar); 3D modeling skills are a plus Familiarity with Photoshop, SketchUp, or AI design tools is advantageous Excellent organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborative, motivated, and eager to learn Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus If you’re ready to grow your career in interior design and be part of a studio that blends creativity with craftsmanship, we’d love to hear from you.
