Our Licensed Commercial Real Estate Salesperson will mainly focus on exclusive agency and tenant representation on both retail and office space in New York City. The role involves managing transactions from prospecting to close, leveraging company tools and exclusive listings, and building long-term relationships with tenants, landlords, and investors. Successful candidates are motivated, knowledgeable, and eager to grow their careers in New York City’s fast-paced commercial real estate market.
Responsibilities
Tenant and Landlord Representation:
Guide clients through lease negotiations, renewals, and new site acquisitions. Transaction Management:
Oversee the full deal cycle, from prospecting and site tours to LOIs and executed leases. Business Development:
Source new tenant and landlord leads through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and inbound opportunities. Market Research & Advisory:
Stay up-to-date on market trends, availabilities, comps, and neighborhood dynamics to advise clients strategically. Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, asset managers, and tenants. Collaboration:
Work closely with the commercial team, support staff, and marketing to ensure deal success. Qualifications
Strong Work Ethic:
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently Excellent Communication:
Strong verbal and written skills for negotiations and client interaction Sales Experience:
Background in B2B sales, leasing, or brokerage is a plus Organized & Detail-Oriented:
