Originate and manage landlord and tenant relationships across office and retail sectors. Develop and execute leasing strategies using market research and proprietary analytics. Source new business opportunities while maintaining and growing client relationships. Negotiate and close lease transactions with full support from Bridge’s marketing, research, and transaction management teams. Build a sustainable pipeline and grow your personal book of business.
