Overview
Primary point of execution for Client Services team for assigned communications/channels
Client Management:
Work directly with the client for scheduling and deploying all assigned campaigns.
Communicate with client to determine data/file delivery dates and coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare for processing.
Obtain client approvals of creative; overall client management responsibilities.
This role is a hybrid and includes project management work. Individual will be tasked with developing timelines for campaigns, leading status calls and working with teams to ensure deliverables are on-time.
Initiate project schedules and work with client on receiving/approving counts and supplement files (if required)
Schedules and conducts kickoff meetings with support teams as needed (Creative, Digital, Lettershop, data, PHQ, call center, etc)
Responsibilities
Write/review data spec documents
QC Lettershop print proofs and email proof files
QC issue investigation and resolution
Overall campaign management (schedules, file confirmations, proofing, approvals)
Responsibly work with supervisor to accurately forecast drop quantities
Make recommendations for process efficiencies
Review and understand campaign logic
Write creative briefs and manage creative changes
Manage MYCO (model year changeover) updates as necessary
Review reporting; determine ways to improve individual campaign enrollments

Compensation Range: $49,305 - $62,300 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan and/or 401(k) plans where eligible.
