Overview We are looking for a dynamic individual who can take up the role of Sr. Analyst responsible for marketing communications creative testing and setup and supporting post‑production validations, to ensure successful communications delivery to our customers and help to reduce churn.
Responsibilities
Managing the deployments of SMS and Email communications in a timely manner, by working closely with the communications vendor partners and creative teams.
Working across various Verizon Value brands, creating and maintaining a close relationship with brand managers, creative analyst & Pega Business Analysts.
Monitoring the deployment of offers at the vendors, tracking its progress, ensuring communications are being sent to 100% of our customers, engaging the teams as soon as any issues arise and validating post‑fix and post re‑deployment of the offers.
Performing post‑production validations of Pega Extract files, making sure issues if any have minimum impact and are addressed and fixed immediately.
Performing post‑production validations of customer feedback files provided by vendors. Build a process for monitoring the daily feedback counts. Learn vendor's dashboard reporting module and create various customer feedback dashboard reports that will support in validations.
Create basic select SQL scripts and work with data in Excel, to perform post‑production data validations and data analytics.

Bachelor’s degree and 4 or more years of work experience.
2 or more years of relevant work experience.
Some understanding of Marketing terminology.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodology.
Technical (e.g., systems design) and/or analytical skills.
Even Better If You Have
A degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Understanding of Pega Next Best Action.
Technical project experience.
Experience with SQL scripts, data analytics.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Thoughspot, FTP tools such as FileZilla/WinSCP/CoreFTP.
SQL/Data Analytics certification.

Compensation Compensation Range: $72,390.00 to $109,480.00 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
