ADP is hiring a Senior Client Service - Product Support Specialist -- Wage Garnishment. In this role, you will provide consistent, high-quality Wage Garnishment service to ADP clients. You will serve as ADP's front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, and more. Depending on your team, you will be providing support using phone, email, or chat-based communication. You should be comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment as part of a structured day, with adaptability, empathy, self-motivation, and organization as essential attributes. Be the Wage Garnishment Expert. You will assist clients with Wage Garnishment inquiries from both internal and external partners. Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver. You will use a breadth of expertise to help ADP's clients solve problems by taking a broad perspective to resolve issues and provide solutions. Build Relationships. You will build relationships with clients using the phone, email, and/or chat, striving to exceed client expectations in every interaction. You hold yourself to the highest ethical standards and live ADP's core value of Integrity is Everything. Leverage your ADP product knowledge to provide solutions and help build client understanding around our products’ value. You will turn client input into recommendations for ADP leadership on best practices and solutions training. Demonstrate Client Focus. You place a strong focus on client satisfaction and assist clients to troubleshoot and resolve payroll, operations/lien data entry, and payments in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications
At least four years of client service and/or call center experience OR a minimum of six years of Insurance/Financial Institution experience. Clear and concise communication over the phone and in writing; the ability to summarize a problem and explain a solution quickly. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) and strong analytical and time-management skills. A college degree is not required. If you do not have a degree, acceptable alternative experience includes: Experience noted above OR Military Experience, with recognition of the discipline, commitment, and problem-solving abilities gained in service.
