Central United States (Preferred) Responsibilities

Define Strategy and Vision: Set the strategic direction for the North America Solutions Consulting organization, ensuring alignment with Genesys’ corporate objectives and go-to-market initiatives. Lead Leaders: Manage and develop a team of senior SC leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence. Drive Executive Partnership: Collaborate with Sales VPs, and senior cross-functional leaders to craft and execute regional growth strategies. Represent the Organization: Serve as the voice of Solutions Consulting in executive forums, advocating for team priorities and ensuring alignment across global functions. Elevate Technical Excellence: Ensure your organization consistently delivers world-class engagements from discovery through solution validation, that demonstrate the differentiated value of the Genesys portfolio. Champion Market Insight: Provide actionable insights on customer trends, competitor movements, and industry evolution to inform product and strategy decisions. Measure and Optimize: Use performance data to assess organizational health, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across the SC organization. Proven Executive Leadership: Demonstrated success leading large, multi-level technical sales or solutions teams at scale. Strategic Visionary: Skilled at defining long-term direction and executing with operational discipline. Customer Experience Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud transformation, AI, CCaaS, and digital engagement ecosystems. Influential Communicator: Strong executive presence and storytelling ability, capable of translating technical innovation into business outcomes. Collaborative Partner: Known for building trusted, high-impact relationships across Sales, Product, and Customer Success leadership. Performance-Oriented: Relentless focus on results, driving measurable value to customers and the business. Qualifications

Residence in the Central United States (preferred for proximity to teams and markets). 10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Sales, or related executive leadership roles. Proven success managing large, geographically distributed, multi-level teams. Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent experience (advanced degree preferred). Strong proficiency in enterprise technology platforms and emerging digital experience solutions. Compensation
