$100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Progressive experience in manufacturing cost accounting Supervise or manage a small team of cost professionals Strong background in standard costing, BOM management, variance analysis, and inventory valuation ERP system proficiency Hands-on, pragmatic leader with a calm, steady presence and dedication to team and company success Mentor and develop a team of cost professionals Direct engagement with manufacturing, production, and leadership teams Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Experience in a supervisory or management role Proven ability to mentor and develop a small team of high-impact professionals Strong cost accounting background with standard costing, BOM management, variance analysis, and inventory valuation ERP system proficiency required Benefits
