Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of complex family law matters, including divorce, custody, adoption, and support issues. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions with confidence and professionalism. Draft and file pleadings, motions, and legal briefs. Conduct direct client consultations, providing clear and empathetic legal counsel. Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to prepare cases and ensure timely filings. Mentor junior attorneys and provide strategic oversight on case management. Uphold the highest ethical standards in all legal proceedings and client interactions. Qualifications Licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland Must be in good standing At least 5 years of Family Law litigation experience Experience in trial advocacy Ability to prepare and file motions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability manage full case load Benefits: Salary starting consideration from $150,000 per year, based on experience level Medical coverage Paid Time Off Paid Holidays
