About The Role
We are seeking a skilled legal professional to manage a diverse caseload, represent clients in court, and provide essential legal guidance. This role offers a unique blend of remote work for document review and in-person court appearances, allowing you to leverage your legal acumen across various facets of creditors’ rights law. You will be instrumental in ensuring legal compliance and advocating effectively for clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough document review and comprehensive legal research pertaining to creditors’ rights matters. Represent clients diligently in various court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and depositions. Draft and meticulously review a range of legal documents, such as pleadings and motions. Offer expert legal advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of creditors’ rights law. Efficiently manage a caseload, consistently meeting deadlines and adhering to firm standards. Ensure continuous compliance with all state and federal court requirements. Must-Have Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in South Carolina. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proven skills in document review and legal research. Experience representing clients in court proceedings (hearings, mediations, depositions). Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings and motions. Industry Experience Creditors’ Rights law experience is preferred. About Aquent Talent
