We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our client's culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fine dining, food service management, and kitchen operations. This role requires a passion for culinary excellence, creativity in menu planning, and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Compensation

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Salary: $75K-$85K + Bonus Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting guest preferences. Manage food production processes, including inventory control, food handling, and safety protocols. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to foster a collaborative team environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas. Coordinate banquet and catering services, ensuring seamless execution of events. Monitor food costs and implement strategies for efficient inventory management. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance the overall guest experience through exceptional service. Maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients while managing costs effectively. Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within the food industry. Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and cooking methods. Strong background in restaurant management, including shift management and team leadership skills. Experience in menu planning, catering, and banquet services is highly desirable. Familiarity with dietary department operations is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication skills to interact with staff, guests, and vendors professionally. A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation practices. Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred; additional certifications in food safety are advantageous. Employment type
