As the Spa Sous Chef, you’re not just a leader in the kitchen—you’re a curator of holistic experiences. This role blends nutrition, artistry, and the serene energy of our spa into every bite. You’ll shape menus that tell a story of Texas-grown heirloom tomatoes, spices that soothe as much as they excite, and dishes that fuel both body and spirit. This isn’t just a job—it’s the launchpad for a culinary concept redefining spa cuisine. Your Responsibilities

Design wellness-forward menus that mirror the spa’s ethos (e.g., turmeric-infused broths, seasonal superfood bowls, and guilt-free indulgences). Lead a team passionate about precision and creativity, maintaining spotless stations and vibrant flavors. Collaborate with the spa team to weave culinary offerings into treatments (e.g., post-massage herbal teas, detoxifying lunch pairings). Champion local farmers and purveyors who share our commitment to the land and let guests taste the difference. Who You Are

Wellness-minded innovator with 3+ years in leadership roles (spa/resort kitchens a plus). Artist and pragmatist who values nutrient-dense ingredients and food cost awareness. Mentor who inspires teams to view cooking as care. Detail-oriented with knowledge of how ingredients affect digestion and cooking precision.
