Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Wholesale Operations Coordinator to support our growing wholesale business. This role supports the core operational functions of the wholesale team with a strong focus on reporting, inventory tracking, EDI management, and e‑catalog maintenance. You’ll play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and seamless coordination across internal teams and retail partners.
The ideal candidate is systems-driven, process-focused, and thrives in maintaining structure, while bringing a solutions-first mindset to problem-solving across all facets of wholesale operations.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with account managers to provide operational support and ensure data entry accuracy, fulfilling retailer-specific requests to confirm orders in a timely fashion while maintaining EDI compliance.
Maintain e‑catalog and product data to ensure item setup accuracy across all systems.
Troubleshoot EDI issues in coordination with third‑party platforms and retail partners.
Generate and maintain sales and order reports to support internal planning and forecasting.
Work closely with the inventory team to ensure wholesale inventory is accurately tracked and reported in support of trunk shows and events.
Assist in updating seasonal line sheets and maintain externally shared brand assets and sales materials to provide retail partners the most up-to-date information.
Support retailer e‑commerce requests as needed by delivering accurate style specifications and product imagery.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in wholesale operations, e‑commerce, logistics or a similar role
Proven experience working with major retailers is essential.
Strong proficiency with EDI systems such as SPS Commerce and Spring Systems.
Knowledge of GS1 standards, including GTIN creation, product identification, and data sharing.
High level of comfort with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Compensation for this position is $30-$33 hourly, commensurate with experience.
