Overview Well-respected Regional Property Management firm in business over 38 years with an expanding fee management portfolio is looking for resourceful, community-minded team members. We are currently looking to fill positions for a full-time Porter/Groundskeeper to provide general cleaning services. Responsibilities Clean the exterior of buildings, sweep and mop hallways, clean laundry rooms, clean offices and community rooms, and perform bulk trash removal. Provide snow removal for sidewalks and surrounding areas; assist with painting doors and railings; post notices; and clean units prior to rental. Follow safety practices and report maintenance issues to the Maintenance Supervisor. Qualifications Previous experience is preferred but not required. Ability to push or pull up to 50 lbs.
