Overview

Well-respected Regional Property Management firm in business over 38 years with an expanding fee management portfolio is looking for resourceful, community-minded team members. We are currently looking to fill positions for a full-time Porter/Groundskeeper to provide general cleaning services.

Responsibilities

• Clean the exterior of buildings, sweep and mop hallways, clean laundry rooms, clean offices and community rooms, and perform bulk trash removal.
• Provide snow removal for sidewalks and surrounding areas; assist with painting doors and railings; post notices; and clean units prior to rental.
• Follow safety practices and report maintenance issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to push or pull up to 50 lbs.
