Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Adams & Martin Group The Legal Assistant supports multiple litigation attorneys by providing essential administrative support. Key Functions Document Management: Draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents (pleadings, motions, etc.) and ensure electronic filing compliance with all court deadlines. Calendar/Schedule Coordination: Manage attorney calendars, scheduling court dates, depositions, meetings, and monitoring all case deadlines. Communication: Serve as the point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Required Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of litigation experience (preferably in a mid-size to large law firm). Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with legal document management software (such as iManage). The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while handling sensitive matters with discretion.
