The Role We are looking for business-minded, sales-driven recruiters to own client acquisition and growth while also recruiting top talent to fill urgent roles. This is not an HR or internal corporate recruiting job . This is a front-line, revenue-generating position where you’ll win new business , fill jobs fast , and build long-term client partnerships . The role will evolve over time : Phase 1 (First 3-6 Months): 75% Business Development / 25% Recruiting Focus on prospecting, outreach, and closing new clients . Begin filling roles for those new clients to build credibility and revenue. Phase 2 (Growth Mode, 6-12 months): 50% Business Development & Account Management / 50% Recruiting Continue bringing in new business while also managing and expanding existing client relationships . Become a trusted advisor , driving recurring revenue through both placements and consulting solutions . This is a high-energy, in-office role for people who thrive in a competitive environment and want uncapped earning potential . What You’ll Do Phase 1 – Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth Prospect & Hunt: Identify and pursue new client opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and referrals. Win New Accounts: Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers to bring in fillable job orders . Recruit Top Talent: Source and recruit high-quality candidates for urgent client roles. Negotiate & Close: Drive deals from job order to placement, ensuring win-win outcomes for both client and candidate. Phase 2 – Account Growth & Partnership Building Manage Key Accounts: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term loyalty. Expand Relationships: Identify opportunities to add more roles, projects, or consulting services with existing clients. Recruit Continuously: Maintain a strong candidate pipeline ready to deliver quickly on client needs. Collaborate & Scale: Work with team members to share market insights and create repeatable success playbooks. What Success Looks Like First 3 Months: You’ve added new clients and filled initial roles, generating immediate revenue. 6 Months In: You’re consistently winning new job orders and closing placements. 12 Months In: You’ve built a book of business , with recurring revenue from both new and existing clients. What You Bring Proven Sales Skills: 2+ years in recruiting, staffing, or direct B2B sales with a strong record of closing deals. Competitive Drive: You thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Tech Industry Insight: Knowledge of technology roles and trends is a plus.
