Position Summary
At Cloud Rx, the HR Generalist is responsible for supporting team members across all areas of people operations, with a primary focus on recruitment, employee engagement, HR program (benefits and other) administration, and strategic planning for Company (team member) success.
In addition to Cloud Rx, this role supports the family of Companies under common ownership control and is key in building and maintaining a strong workforce by collaborating with leadership, implementing effective hiring strategies, and ensuring employees have a positive and supportive experience throughout their journey with Cloud Rx.
The HR Generalist also partners closely with Company business leaders, the engagement committee, and our PEO provider to deliver consistent HR support across the organization. Responsibilities include managing recruiting processes, facilitating onboarding, overseeing benefits and payroll-related HR reporting, tracking performance programs, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Partner with leadership to assess staffing needs, create effective job postings, source and screen candidates, and support the full cycle hiring process including interviews and offers.
- Onboarding & Training: Coordinate a smooth onboarding experience by leading orientations, ensuring training plans are in place, and monitoring new-hire progress.
- Employee Engagement: Collaborate with the engagement team and lead the engagement committee to coordinate events, recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives.
- Performance Management: Facilitate semi-annual performance evaluations, manage annual merit increase processes, and ensure accurate documentation of coaching and disciplinary conversations.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, support open enrollment, and partner with our PEO provider to maintain accurate payroll and HR data.
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain employee personnel files, track recruitment and HR metrics via the HR Scorecard, and ensure compliance with licensure, certifications, and mandatory training requirements.
- Policy & Documentation: Work with leadership to update and maintain job descriptions, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational standards.
- Employee Relations: Provide support in resolving employee concerns with professionalism, confidentiality, and consistency.
- Payroll & HR Data Management: Partner with Payroll and PEO to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related HR reporting.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a relevant field or 3+ years professional experience in Human Resources including benefits administration.
- SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of state and federal laws, regulations and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management.
- Ability to remain tactful, calm, and persuasive in demanding situations.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage through ambiguity and change.
- Natural problem-solving abilities to improve situations for employees and business objectives.
