This is a remote position.

Salary: Up to $90,000 a year based on experience

Please note that we are looking for people who have hospital billing experience in collections and have some HB billing experience, in high dollar collections, adjustments and denials management.

Job Overview

Own sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across multiple functions. You will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing insights into market trends, talent intelligence, and recruitment best practices. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings deep organization and expertise in full-cycle recruiting. Provide HR support as requested.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full recruitment life cycle for hourly staff to senior-level roles across various departments
  • Responsible for recruiting efforts including job boards, identification of candidates, and prescreening.
  • Work with HR and hiring managers to identify job openings.
  • Responsible for managing requests to establish recruiting requirements for each open position.
  • Compose and post internal/external job postings.
  • Manage job boards.
  • Determine applicant qualifications through resume review and prescreening.
  • Create and maintain prescreen questions.
  • Work with Training Director to identify new-hire orientation protocol.
  • Own the weekly position control meeting and data assembly and reporting.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies including direct placement.
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, networking events, employee referrals, and ATS databases via Paylocity.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and provide strong candidate assessments to hiring teams.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and maintain strong pipelines of candidates for critical roles and future needs.
  • Leverage recruitment data and analytics to influence decision-making and optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with HR and Ops teams to ensure seamless onboarding and alignment with talent initiatives.
  • Promote employer branding through social media, events, and strategic campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Perform assignments as requested by the CHRO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in both agency and corporate environments.
  • Proven ability to fill a variety of roles across different departments (e.g., tech, sales, operations, corporate).
  • Exceptional sourcing skills using Boolean search, social media, and direct outreach methods.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Ability to handle multiple open roles and work with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments is a plus.
  • Experience with diversity recruiting initiatives and building inclusive hiring strategies.
  • Familiarity with data-driven recruiting metrics and KPIs.
  • Previous experience supporting executive-level recruiting or hard-to-fill technical roles.
