Apply: remote, hybrid, or in-office locations in Lone Tree, CO | Full-time | Posted 2 Days Ago | Job Requisition ID: R0027403 As a Sr. Business Applications Developer specializing in IRM/GRC ServiceNow, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the ServiceNow platform, focusing on GRC/IRM modules such as Policy and Compliance Management and Audit Management. Responsibilities include: Configuring and maintaining the ServiceNow GRC/IRM platform. Partnering with Cybersecurity GRC Analysts to process audit controls, gaps, tickets, workflows, and automation opportunities. Mapping policies to controls. Leading automation efforts for repetitive processes. Collaborating with IT Compliance Engineers and Control Owners for tests, attestations, and documentation updates. Identifying improvements in audit gaps, productivity, and compliance. Supporting IT operations to address security vulnerabilities. Assisting with compliance audits. Creating and maintaining system documentation. Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, with 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent related experience. At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, especially Policy and Compliance Management and Audit Management. Active Certified ServiceNow Admin (CSA) Certification. Knowledge of NIST cybersecurity framework, ITSM, ITIL, COBIT. Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SOAP, REST), especially UI actions and automation with JavaScript. Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Service Portal, Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge). Preferred qualifications include: Additional ServiceNow certifications, ITIL V3/V4 certifications. Customer service professionalism, excellent communication skills, understanding of Agile methodologies. Salary range: $124,771 - $171,561, with annual incentives and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
