Performing MRI/MRA procedures with proficiency and quality. Conducting daily equipment calibrations and maintaining records. Selecting appropriate coils and settings for optimal imaging. Reviewing physician orders to ensure proper examinations. Providing patient care, explaining procedures, and ensuring safety. Administering contrast agents safely and reviewing patient histories. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and equipment. Participating in quality control and adhering to safety protocols. Completing administrative tasks such as documentation and charges. Minimum Requirements:
Licensed Radiology Technician (MRI) through the Louisiana State Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners. Radiography Certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Work Details:
