Job Opportunity: Inpatient Physical Therapist at Schwab Rehabilitation
Schwab Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and energetic
Registry Inpatient Physical Therapist
to join our highly trained and respected therapy team. This unique opportunity allows the Physical Therapist to expand their skills by working as a member of a large interdisciplinary team in inpatient rehab (spinal cord injury, brain injury, stroke, and general). One year of relevant experience is preferred. Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital, located in Chicago, is a freestanding, not-for-profit, 102-bed facility offering comprehensive care from acute treatment to inpatient rehab and outpatient therapy for both adults and children. Schwab is a proud member of Sinai Chicago and is the first fully licensed and accredited rehabilitation hospital in the Midwest. Our facility features 1-on-1 treatment in a unique therapeutic environment, including 7 large treatment gyms, multiple private treatment rooms, a warm-water indoor therapeutic pool, and an award-winning rooftop garden. Our large team includes PTs, OTs, SLPs, recreational therapists, bilingual therapists, and board-certified specialists. We take a holistic, interdisciplinary approach to address the physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs of each patient. Compensation & Schedule
Up to $57.50/hour Shifts required: Monday and Friday Minimum Education & Licensure
Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited school or equivalent. Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the state of Illinois or eligible for licensure according to state guidelines. Benefits
