We are seeking an exceptional, patient-focused Speech-Language Therapist with 1-2 years of experience, willing to supervise future Speech Therapists. Responsibilities include private clients, preschool, and private schools. Strong CF candidates are encouraged to apply. Requirements
Speech Therapy Licensure in Illinois 1-2 years of experience; CF considered Positive attitude and team player Passion for making a lasting impact on children Responsibilities
Address clients' needs and skill development Select and adapt speech therapy treatment models Apply interventions to maximize performance Parent and caregiver education Monitor, note, and report progress Document processes and complete paperwork timely Skills
Proven experience as a speech therapist Knowledge of speech therapy principles and practices Familiarity with evaluation tools and computer programs Ability to manage diverse patients, including those with Autism Commitment to ongoing professional growth Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Benefits
