Spirent Communications is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to work as a key member of the technical staff. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our valuable customers in leading wireless access and packet core network test system.This role is based out of our Plano, Texas office and offers a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications
Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent; must have 5 years of experience in the following skillsets: Wireless technology such as X-CSCF, PCRF, HSS, AAA, SGSN, GGSN, MME, SGW, PGW, DRA, WiFi-Offload, Home Agent, WAP Gateway, DPI Solutions, and Billing systems; wireless protocol such as PPP, IPv4, IPv6, Proxy Mobile IP, GTP, GTPv2, S1, S11, S6a, Iu, Gb, Gx, TCP, UDP, SCTP, IPSec, Radius, and Diameter; telecom/networking test equipment experience (Adtech, Spirent Landslide, Ixia, HP, Agilent); leading successfully in wireless package core infrastructure; and data communications concepts as well as existing and future 3GPP and 3GPP2 network architectures. Annualized Salary Wage Range:$107,217 - $116,550 Spirent applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience at or in line with the minimum requirements.
