We’re more than aviation experts, we’re pioneers. We challenge what’s possible. From breaking the sound barrier to advanced tiltrotor systems. Today, Bell is shaping the future of aviation through specialized engineering.

And we want you. We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA), part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next-generation stop-fold aircraft. These positions are onsite in Fort Worth, TX. Electronic System Design & Integration Engineers (across all levels): The Electronic System Design & Integration Engineers are responsible for validating and integrating multiple software applications across the FLRAA platform to achieve aircraft-level functions. Functions include flight control, braking, fuel management, flight instruments, etc. This position requires a broad background in Software Systems across all Vehicle Management and Mission Systems. What you’ll be doing as Electronic System Design & Integration Engineers: Decomposition and validation of requirements into multiple Systems/Sub-systems for functional thread correctness and completeness. Responsible for multiple aircraft functions/threads and integrating them into the design across all levels of decomposition. Ensure IMS & ADO dependencies/linkages exist between IPTs to support the aircraft thread development. Modeling and traceability of aircraft threads into CAMEO tool. Facilitate architecture decisions and interface evaluations using modeling tools. Validation and verification tracing into the model and test ownership assigned. Create efficiencies for development and testing of systems/software by running programmatic reports on the integration of aircraft capabilities. Participate in solution development and validate requirement decomposition in software for aircraft threads owned. Conduct integration analysis at SIL and aircraft levels, including latency, timing, data flow, bus loading, event sequencing, etc. Troubleshoot and resolve system integration/verification issues. Coordinate with internal and external IPTs, suppliers, and peers to generate and execute project and design plans. Ensure safety and cyber involvement in architecture development and refinement in aircraft threads. Manage and coordinate issues, problem reports, and change requests to closure. Coordinate design changes and deliveries with safety, security, and certification organizations. Ensure timely delivery of systems data, requirements, validation activities, and issue resolution.
