Hiring Range: $96,200.00 to $131,476.80 Pay Range: $96,200.00 to $149,115.20 * Hiring Incentives SCF programs aim to serve primarily Alaska Natives affiliated with Cook Inlet Region Inc. (CIRI), as well as Alaska Natives and American Indians within SCFs geographical service area. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of CIRI members' cultures and needs, along with the general culture and needs of Alaska Natives and American Indians. This knowledge is essential to achieving SCF's mission: working together with the Native community to provide the best services with Native staff who value family and family wellness as central to the Native community. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; OR Bachelors degree or higher in health and human services. Licensed in Alaska as a Registered Nurse. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO, and PALS may be required depending on specialty and scope of practice. Additional Qualifications for Crisis Stabilization Registered Nurse: Minimum of three (3) years of clinical care nursing experience, including at least six months in crisis or related service programs.
