Job Description
Job Title: Analytical Rules Developer Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin Duration: 1 Year Responsibilities: Lead projects by taking initiative, making decisions, exploring options, and troubleshooting. Minimum 5 years of programming experience in Java and Python. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to explore options and make decisions. Project leadership experience. Ability to work independently and with a small team (5-10 people). Experience with design documentation. Proficiency in Matlab is required. Job Duties: Gather requirements by communicating directly with stakeholders. Develop and update documentation of user and system requirements. Build and maintain code libraries/toolkits to support analytics frameworks. Develop intelligent algorithms for descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. Perform unit testing and code reviews. Troubleshoot issues by identifying root causes and suggesting solutions. Develop new ideas with proof-of-concept (POCs).
