Travel required. Client Services uses technical expertise and understanding of business needs to evaluate IT incident and problem tickets, prioritize tasks, and assess business impact. The role involves promoting positive customer relationships, mentoring team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The specialist takes ownership of customer issues, works with urgency to resolve incidents, and communicates progress updates to customers and support teams via call tracking systems. The position requires significant technical knowledge, serving as a resource for resolving complex problems. Skills include proficiency with various hardware, software, peripherals, networking protocols, and communications. Responsibilities include installing and imaging new computers, loading software, deploying applications, installing and configuring printers and peripherals, managing user data and profile migrations, and staying current with technology trends. The specialist collaborates with Data Center Operations on data storage, network reservations, data restores, and account management (AD, email, NCID, CITRIX). They work with application development teams to identify application issues and with network infrastructure teams to troubleshoot network problems, providing detailed technical information for resolutions.
