AAK USA is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist in the Supply Chain Organization. The role will be based at both the Edison, NJ, and Port Newark, NJ sites.

The Supply Chain Specialist Order Fulfillment is responsible for executing and maintaining the short-term scheduling of outbound orders and production blends. This role supports operational efficiency by ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of warehouse, rail, and plant orders. The ideal candidate is a quick thinker and problem solver, thriving in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Compensation Range:

$59,025 - $98,375 Possible Bonus:

7.5% Responsibilities

Coordinate warehouse and transportation order scheduling to meet customer requirements Prepare and communicate daily loading plans for outbound shipments Manage transportation requests and track railcar switching activities to support operations Schedule production processes to ensure on-time and complete order fulfillment Assign inventory locations and batch details to support daily shipping schedules Respond to order changes and inquiries from internal teams Analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in delivery and fulfillment Prepare and distribute operational instructions for next-day logistics and transfers Support new product launches and process improvements through planning collaboration Work closely with logistics, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment About you

Bachelors degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, accounting, information systems, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered Experience in production, inventory, forecasting, or demand planning environments Basic understanding of supply chain processes and inventory impacts Ability to analyze problems, interpret data, and develop solutions Experience in improving inventory management tools and processes Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Familiarity with ERP, inventory management, and forecasting systems Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels Benefits
