City National Bank . BUSINESS ANALYST LEAD SR WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Senior Business Analyst's focus is to work closely with City National Bank Divisions, aligning with enterprise strategic priorities by leading workshops with stakeholders to understand business strategy, processes, services, and roadmaps. This role provides solutions for tactical and strategic needs, working with Process & Product Owners and Managers across the enterprise to document processes and data flows using lean six sigma tools and methodologies, Agile, and Scaled Agile (SaFE). It involves gathering and documenting requirements, identifying and driving process improvements, developing visual and written project requirements, managing projects according to PMP-PMBOK or Agile frameworks, facilitating design thinking workshops, creating reports and data analyses, and preparing stakeholder presentations. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Document and maintain process and data flows using Six Sigma and Agile methodologies. Partner with process owners and managers to improve processes in complex, risk-prone areas. Develop end-to-end solutions considering product life cycles and upstream/downstream interactions. Review and analyze operational activities and recommend improvements. Identify data elements and create source-to-target mappings, including business logic. Develop data quality metrics to ensure enterprise standards. Gather and document business requirements, processes, and workflows. Lead requirements documentation and serve as SME to developers and QA teams. Manage projects within a matrix environment. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. 8 years of experience with statistical analysis, multivariate procedures, and financial data infrastructures. 8 years in Financial Services or Banking industries. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent. Agile and/or SaFe Certification or equivalent. PMP Certification or equivalent. Additional Qualifications: Master's Degree preferred. Broad project management knowledge. Experience creating user stories and working closely with technical teams in Agile environments. Extensive Business Analysis experience (requirements analysis, elicitation, Agile methodologies). Experience in development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, MIRO or similar tools. Knowledge of TQM, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, OCM is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, planning, and coordination skills. Understanding of finance, operations, portfolio management, and trading concepts. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation:
