Onsite 5 days a week in Charlotte NC (Required) Contract 9 months potential to convert to FTE Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope. This role focuses on managing project planning, execution, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet objectives Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across departments Assign tasks and manage workloads to support timely delivery Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies Resolve project issues promptly to minimize impact Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the lifecycle Prepare and present status reports, post-project reviews, and lessons learned Job Requirements/Experience Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in project management or related role. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana). Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. What's great about being onsite for this company?
