Real-world experience, mentorship, and skill development to prepare you for long-term success in sales About the BDR Role As a Business Development Representative, you’ll take a consultative approach to engaging prospective clients and setting high-quality meetings for our Account Executives. These meetings will focus on introducing our portfolio of macroeconomic and political insight solutions, tailored for clients across financial services, corporate, government, professional services, and consulting sectors. What You’ll Be Doing: Engage with potential customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach

Educate and inform prospects about the company’s products and services

Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives

Meet and exceed performance targets for outreach and conversions

Learn prospecting strategies, CRM tools, and sales best practices while earning an industry-recognized Sales Certification

Requirements: Full-time availability for the duration of the Residency

A clear understanding of the BDR role and how your skills align with it

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A passion for sales, business development, and hitting targets

Previous experience using LeadIQ a plus
