About the BDR Role

As a BDR, you’ll be the first voice prospects hear — introducing them to cybersecurity solutions that detect, investigate, and respond to threats in real time. You’ll qualify leads, book meetings for Account Executives, and gain exposure to enterprise-level sales cycles in a high-growth, tech-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

Prospect and engage potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn

Explain how managed SIEM, MDR, and vulnerability solutions protect businesses from cyber threats

Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives

Meet and exceed outreach and conversion goals

Learn and master CRM tools, sales best practices, and enterprise cybersecurity solutions

Motivated, curious, and ready to break into tech sales

Resilient — able to handle challenges and maintain focus on results

A strong communicator who connects with clients at all levels

Coachable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Excited about working in cybersecurity and enterprise technology

Full-time availability for the Residency
